I asked the lovely Fiskateers about a month ago to quote their mothers. Some were awesomely hilarious.... (to me. I could have a wharpt sense on humour though).
I also found out even though we are an international bunch that most mothers/caregivers said similar things to us when growing up.
My mission during this month is to do some creative thing with as many quotes I can (as time allows).

Day 1 brings us to:
"Yes I'm the meanest mum in the world! And Yes! I have a Certificate to Prove it!!!"
(often came after a pre-teen or teen saying that their mum is mean! But the child is often too scared to ask for proof of the certification).
Fiskars tools used:
Medium squeeze punch - may flowers
Large squeeze punch - Twinkle Twinkle
1" Heart corner leaver punch
Fiskateer scissors - available to fiskateer members
6 in 1 tool caddy glue refil
I dated my certificate on the first year I had my second child. (thinking about it now it should have been dated on the year my first child was born.)
