Hi everyone,
Welcome to DAY 1 of our CARD A DAY feature for the month of JULY!
We shall be sharing cards each day this month.....that's right......there are 31 days in July...so we have at least 31 cards ready to share with you all designed and created by some of our Fiskars Craft Team and we also have some shares from fellow Fiskateers!
So to start us off I'm sharing a fun card I created for my grandson SAM in readiness for his 2nd birthday in September.....I like to make my cards well in advance for family birthdays...and especially this year as I'm heading overseas in JULY/AUGUST and so I wanted to have this card and others complete before I go.
I decided to make SAM a litte slider card just for fun...as I know he'll have fun pulling it in and out looking at his own photo.....LOL! I also wanted to give my Fiskars Everywhere Punch a try out!
The photo I used wasn't a very good photo to scrap but it was perfect to punch out with my Fiskars Seal of Approval Punch and add to the inside of the card.
I also found another photo of Sam that was suitable to punch out for the back. I love handwriting on my cards as I think it's more personal than typing. I used my Fiskars Multi Circles Lever Punch to create the border by taking out the white plastic grids.......
I must admit I had heaps of fun creating this card for SAM.....and it was so easy to put together by using my Fiskars Tools.

Absolutely great card Lyn! It will be such fun watching him pull it back and forth. Aren't grandsons just the best!?!
