Let me introduce you to our GUEST AUTHOR

Hi everyone,

We are delighted to be able to have TARA CAPEWELL as our GUEST AUTHOR for the entire month of AUGUST......Tara shall be sharing some fun projects with you all so make sure you keep checking back in here.....................

Tara lives in New South Wales and is a very talented Fiskars Demonstrator and active Fiskateer!!

I asked Tara to send through a little blurb about herself...so here it is:

I am 36 years old married to Rob for 10 years.

I have 2 beautiful children Zoe 9 yrs old and Poppy 10 months old. Zoe is very special as she has special needs. but is the most giving child i know not a bad bone in her body!

I love to scrapbook, make cards and sew. I also love to bowl (ten pin). My actual trade is horticulturist so i love to garden and we do grow a lot of our own vegies.

We live in the blue mountains. I'd better mention we have 2 cats, osiris and loki, hence the name of my blog!

I started scrapbooking in 2001 when Zoe was born and wanted to keep my mum updated with pics of zoe while we lived in the uk. I lived in the uk for 6 years, so i did a lot of scrapbooking! I worked on the DoCrafts design team in 2003-4 and had many of my scrapbooking projects and cards published in magazines like Crafts Beautiful. I also use to make wedding stationary in the uk.

I have been demoing for a few years now with fiskars and love it! I think my first fiskars item i purchased was shape express when they first came out! I have since updated it with a new version but still use it all the time. they are so under rated!

I sew a lot making clothes for Zoe since she was born. I still make her school unifom for her. I quilt also which I love.
