OCTOBER is BREAST CANCER AWARENESS month and here at Fiskars Craft we are showing our support to all families and friends who are going through CANCER or who have lost loved ones to CANCER.

We hope you keep visiting us this month as we share some very personal stories and some fun projects.

It's been a hard few days for me personally losing a friend to Breast Cancer and also finding out that my SIL's Cancer has returned....we are presently awaiting details of her next course of action.....at this stage they are saying they can remove the growth without a major op......fingers crossed this is the case and that all goes well for her.....

Cancer touches us all at some stage through our lives and I believe that we can all help to support CANCER RESEARCH by holding fundraising events and talking about CANCER....not hiding it away....but sharing our stories with others......and in turn listening to others tell their own personal story.

I find it therapeutic to write down my feelings so sorry if this post is a bit long winded......I feel much better for writing this.

ok.....................PINK SCISSORS should be landing on the SPOTLIGHT shelves soon............so let us know if you spot some around.

sorry to hear of your loss, and hoping for a more positive outcome for your SIL as she undergoes treatment.

I am attending a "crop for a cause" here at the end of the month, where the money raised will go towards breast cancer. What a worthwhile cause!

This is so sad but I will keep your SIL in my thoughts and sorry for your loss as well. these scissors look great and what a great idea to raise that little bit extra- hopefully a cure is found soon.
