Yes he is!!
Just like Debbies "cupcake santa" which you can see by clicking here i too was inspired by the shapes in the new Woodland shape template. In particular "that tree" again jumped out at me in the form of reindeer ears, or should i say antlers!! ;0)
By cutting out the pieces shown below, you can fashion your very own Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer!

lots of dimension, oops his nose which is covered in glossy accents was still wet when i photographed him!
Add some shading and detail with ink, white gel pen and a black marker, dimensional tape to put the little fella together and there you have him!!

Have you ever heard of "Twinchies" or "Inchies"? Well if you haven't they are simply little creations that measure 1"x1" square for inchies and twinchies are 2"x2" square.
So you start with a piece of cardstock or pp with the above measurements and away you go, add, play and create to your hearts desire!!
As far as i know they really are the only guidelines with these little creations.
Why do i like them?
*They are a great way to use little tiny bit and pieces that make it into a "safe place" for use later, you know the bits that you just can't quite bring yourself to throw out!!
* Sometimes you just want a little card if you are sending something through the mail, something you can write a few words on - for this they are perfect!
*They are a perfect size to tie around a bottle of wine, as a gift.
* You can add them to big cards, layouts, off the page projects, the possibilities are endless.
*If you are in the mood for creating but don't have a lot of time, these little works of art are very achievable in a small time frame.
For the "twinchies" below, i challenged myself to use only those little bits and no new papers, i mounted each twinchie on a little folded card that measured approx 1cm larger all round than the twinchie itself. (Each finished card is approx 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" square) I added stamped images from my Heidi Grace, Fiskars and Cloud nine stamps, in fact most of them were in the bits and pieces tin as well, left over stamped images from projects completed. The rubons are last bits from packets and some damaged, which are perfect for these little creations.

Thats all it takes to make a really quick card to let someone know you are thinking of them...
Stamps used are from the Heidi Grace Girlfriends set and the green circle is Kimberley Poloson paper punched using the x-large squeeze punch.

Some magazine subscriptions are on our giving list this year, so to present them i printed out the details and mounted them onto some bazzill. Thinking about Jacky's scalloped border layer on the front of her chrissy cards HERE inspired me to present them like you see below. (Thanks Jacky :0)
And to pop them in, i created some envelopes from the new Fiskars envelope template. I like the fact that you can fold this envelope in different ways to create a different look for each envelope, a light sand on the edges makes a feature of the folds and shapes of the flaps.
I'm fairly confident you could seal these envelopes and send them through the mail as normal, but i had a few going to the same place so i sent them all together in a post pack. I finished off on the front by adding a half shape of the round scalloped squeeze punch with the recipients name and a little bit of bling, wrapped some twine around generously and all done.
Okay now off the subject of cards i thought i would show you a couple of pics of the newest edition to our menagerie (late this afternoon) - although it would probably be better suited to an easter post, LOL!!
Can you see it!! Cute huh, the first of a possible 5 eggs to hatch.
Our little bantam chook was clucky and as we don't have a rooster, we borrowed some eggs off a friend who has roosters running with her chooks and put them under our little mum - and voila!!! They are hatching!! Fingers crossed there will be more in the morning :0)

As promised.... ummm.... a few weeks back now ;0) some quick squeeze punch cards. If like me, you have been snowed under and haven't got around to your chrissy cards yet, these might be just what you are after. Even the kids could make these for you - now theres an idea, they could have your whole chrissy card list done in no time!!
First cab off the rank will be the funky loveheart punch tree.

This is on our front door, as of last night!!
Now i'm starting to get into the christmassy spirit!! Must be the red pom-poms ;0), oh and of course THAT tree template again!!

Hasn't it been a great challenge - thanks Lianne for pushing us all outside our comfort zone, fantastic to see so many inspiring entries in also from you guys :0) Don't forget you still have till midnight tonight to get your entries in.
So my meal was:
81/2 x 11 layout
pink, orange, aqua
cardboard
paint
4 patterend papers
plain cardstock.
As ambassadors, we are all really excited with the new templates Fiskars have released, available at wholesalers now. The "Woodland" template has the tree, the bird and the clouds that you can see in the layout. (As well as a whole heap of other shapes) For the little birds wings, i just used the bits of the tree that i cut off the lefthand edge of the layout, doubled them up - perfect, didn't even have to cut to size ;0).
The journalling semicircle is actually one of the flaps that have been cut off the envelope template, another newbie that you will see get a workout on here over the next couple of months!!
The circle scallop and little may flowers squeeze punches have made quick work out of producing lots of flower embellishments while the trustee old circle squeeze punch guides us up to what Miss Paris is thinking!! ;0)
Thats it from me, i know the other guys are working on projects using the new products, i will have 2 more projects coming using the tree in a totally different way also, so be sure to drop by daily to see whats happening.
