Well I'm looking forward to my next Fiskars Demonstration and Make'n'take Session in Bairnsdale Spotlight this coming Tuesday.November 10th from 6-9pm for their Xmas VIP Night.

.....woohoo......heading down to EAST GIPPSLAND tomorrow with Carolyn.......stopping on the way for lunch somewhere....hit a few shops to do some retail therapy...who knows what time we'll arrive......LOL!

Don't worry you won't miss us.....I have put the "Honk if You're Crafty" sticker that Rebecca Peck (US Lead Fiskateer)sent over to me on the back of my car........so let's see how many "HONKS" we get driving down the Princes Highway and around town......LOL! I hope it comes off or I'm in trouble when hubby gets home.......he,he.

I'm going to give way a pair of Fiskars 8" scissors  and a couple of these funky stickers to the reader who correctly guesses the number of "HONKS" we get on the 3 hour trip down there...HONK HONK.......so leave a comment and your guess below for a chance to win......lol!!

So what do you think? Shall we get a few honks on the way down? Might also lay an orange boa across my back window ........OMG.......this is going to be such fun!!

Checking in from the Adelaide Craft Fair

Just a quick check in to say that I am still alive.. all be it loosing my voice a little and battling a cough.. but all round having an absolute BLAST.. being out in the thick of it at the Adelaide Craft Fair here these past few days. I will fill you all in a bit more later, as my dear family is crying out for some TLC after being put on the back burner for the past few days. So I will leave you today with some photos of the stall and what not of the fair... still have to race around with the camera and take some more photos tomorrow hopefully. Been fairly busy which makes it hard to run around with the camera.. Not that it has been bad being busy. So loving being able to share a few tips and tricks about the tools with everyone. Have also had the chance to work with two very amazing people, Trea and Rod. Has been nice to be able to put faces to names finally.
Okay.. will leave you with a few photos and fill you in on our adventures tomorrow night. If your coming down to the fair or considering coming down you had better make it early as products and tools have been flying out the door that what is left is extremely limited. There is still some amazing bargain left though that will keep any scrapbooker/cardmaker happy for sure ! Lots of people have been shocked with the great prices !

So excited !!!

Can you guess what I am doing......

 

I have been madly packing my scrap trolley with tools and goodies...
 

I am so excited that even my slight cold isn't going to keep me down. I am off to the Adelaide Craft and Quilt Fair here in South Australia tomorrow. I will be there at the Fiskars Craft Studio with bells on for sure ! I can't wait to meet Trea and Rod.. will be nice to put a face to the names. I had so much fun at the Fiskars garage sale we had here in Adelaide earlier this year that I know this time round it will be an even bigger buzz. I love nothing move than sharing ideas and promoting amazing tools and products. Fiskars certainly have those for sure! Can't wait to meet some of the ladies that have promised to come down and see me all the way from the Barossa (they live about 1 1/2 hrs away from town and any LSS. Also looking forward to seeing a few friendly faces of those who know me that have promised to come down and see what Fiskars have at the Craft Studio. Most of all I am looking forward to sharing the Fiskars love and showing anyone how to use the tools.

If your looking for some great tools and amazing products, don't forget to pop down and see us at the Fiskars Craft Studio tomorrow or over the next few days. Come and see me and say "hello"... SHHHH!!! surprise for you...may have a goodie or two to give away if you come and get your picture taken with us... better get down to see us to get some though !

Set up day today for Adelaide Craft & Quilt Fair

wOOhoo...it's set up day today in South Australia for the Adelaide Craft and Quilt Fair 

FISKARS CRAFT STUDIO  shall be there....so make sure you pop by the Stand if you are visiting....there shall be lots of bargains including some Paper Kits......mmm....some Heidi Grace and Cloud 9 Kits ....some Ink Scissors.....yes...those Bent Black ones......LOL!

I have been told there will also be some surprises......yeh!maybe...some t...r...i..mmm.....ers........!!!

Michelle Wallace shall be on hand if you have any questions about the Fiskars Tools and she can demo the tools for you if you like.

Trea and my hubby shall also be there whilst I'm off to JUDGE the SCRAPBOOKING SECTIONS this FRIDAY at the WHITTLESEA SHOW for their 150th Anniversary and  then heading to EAST GIPPSLAND for a fun Spotlight VIP Night ....

Michelle shall be sharing some pics on here from the Craft and Quilt Fair when she can.......so make sure you drop by again! To those of you attending this Show...have a great time!!

Fiskars coming to Adelaide Craft and Quilt Fair ~Nov 5-8th

Hi everyone,

Just letting you know that Fiskars Craft shall be coming to the Adelaide Craft and Quilt Fair  in 3 DAYS time.....yeh!

....you shall be able to pick up a few great bargains at this Show.....just in time for Christmas!

Fiskars Craft Ambassador ....Michelle Wallace shall be working the 4 days of this Show along with Trea and Rod.....so why not pop in and see the guys....ask any questions you may have about the Fiskars Tools......try a tool or two....and grab a bargain whilst you are there.

Spotlight & Melbourne Craft Expo

Okay...so I have been a very naughty Ambassador and not posted in a while...but I do have a good excuse - honest !  I have been BUSY BUSY BUSY - and I have pics to prove it  :)

On top of my regular part-time job and being a mum to a 3 year-old and a teenager, I have :

• helped out for a couple of shifts at the fish & chip shop where I used to work
• demonstrated at Spotlight Fountain Gate Xmas VIP night
• been to New Zealand for a week
• done 3 full days at Melbourne Craft Expo
• done Staff Training at Spotlight Frankston
• had my Scott partner over from New Zealand for 2 weeks
• done extra shifts at my usual part-time job

WHEW !  Aside from being busy and tired, I have had THE BEST couple of months !  I LOVE my demonstrator and show work; I had an awesome holiday in NZ; and 2 weeks with Scott here to cook me dinner and look after me while I was dead-on-my feet from the Melb Craft Expo was wonderful !

And as you may have seen from one of Lyn's previous posts, my dearheart Scott is now a converted scrapper !  I sent him home with a load of my scrap stash, and he has since made several mini accordian albums as well as some 6x6 albums.

Spotlight Fountain Gate - some of my customers and their creations.  And, a very lucky Bianca who also won the store's major door prize for the night.  If you've never been to a Spotlight VIP night I urge you to go !  We have SUCH a great time and loads of laughs.

   

Melbourne Craft Expo - one of our workshops and some make-and-take participants.  The lady in the first pic was also at Spotlight Fountain Gate (see above), it's so lovely to see familiar faces !  And fella's...if you want to have a go at scrapping, just DO IT, you might just enjoy it  :)

 



 

Spotlight Frankston - staff training...everyone had a ball !

Fiskars Stand at Adelaide Craft and Quilt Fair ~ Nov 5-8th

Not long now until the FISKARS CRAFT STAND shall be travelling over to South Australia  for the Adelaide Craft and Quilt Fair.

If it's a bargain you are after....then make sure you pop by the FISKARS STAND and see what you can pick up.......if you need help with any of the FISKARS TOOLS then SA Fiskars Craft Ambassador Michelle Wallace shall be on hand each day to help you out.

Word has it that there shall be plenty of Paper Kits some Cloud 9 ....some Heidi Grace Designs.....some embellishments and many other bargains....but you'll have to be quick if you don't want to miss out!

Spotlight Vip Night ~ November 10th

                    

Just letting you all know that Fiskars have Craft Demonstrators and Ambassadors OUT and ABOUT on November 10th in several Spotlight stores around AUSTRLIA!

Check the list of Demonstrations over on the righthand sidebar on here.......all girls shall be coming with a fun Make'n'take Project and some wonderful new Fiskars Tools.........so if you live near one of these stores...why not pop on in from 6-9pm on November 10th.

The Demonstrators shall have some of the NEW FISKARS SCALLOP PUNCHES to play with....woohoo....what fun!

I'll be also involved in this Christmas VIP Night.........travelling down to EAST GIPPSLAND.....and shall be in BAIRNSDALE SPOTLIGHT.....see you there!

Hello from Brisbane Craft and Quilt Fair ~ Lyn

 Hi everyone,

Well we are here in Brisbane now for the Craft and Quilt Fair and the FISKARS CRAFT STUDIO was a hive of activity this morning.....here are some pics from the Fair......firstly Beth demoing the Fiskars Quilting Tools.....Scissorman is selling many of the Fiskars quilting tools at this Fair....along with many of the Fiskars Scissors.....Punch with Judy also have some Fiskars Quilting/sewing tools.

It's great to see Annette at this Fair...all the way from Cairns.....we have finally met and had a HUG.....this lady is just amazing! Back later with more pics....she was teaching this lovely group of ladies how to craft a lovely card.........

 

Merle and Glenda were loving helping others to craft........having fun creating a fun little Notebook Project using the fabulous FISKARS TOOLS and some Heidi Grace product!

Ngaire was kept busy all morning taking bookings for the Beginners Workshop at 2pm each day.....and selling Kits for the Make'n'take projects...... The Fiskars Craft Team shall be at the Fair all week from 9am -5pm daily.......see you at the Fair!

Several retailers are selling Fiskars Tools at this Show......including Scrapbook City,Catchy Crafts,Scissorman,Punch with Judy.......and others......so good!! So if you are coming to the Show and see something you would like to purchase after doing a Make'n'ake then you can......

Back tomorrow with some pics I took on my walk back to where we are staying.......what a pretty walk we have each day.....love....love....love this glorious Spring Weather up here........LOL!

I'm not working today so have been sight seeing and doing some retail therapy........as you do.....LOL!
