Good morning everyone,
It's always nice to see how versatile circles can be in creating some fun crafting projects.....take a peek at this lovely Baby Banner idea from http://www.fiskarscrafts.com/
I could see this idea being used for Christmas, birthdays, celebrations, etc. You could also use the Fiskars stamps Blocks or the Stamp Press to do your stamping onto the circles......think of all the other fun ideas using other shapes such as stars,hearts........ooh think I need to make one of these!
Happy Crafting !
XOXO

The
new Push and Print Stamp Factory makes projects like this banner a
breeze!! It allowed me to stamp all of the circles in record time.
This banner would make a perfect decoration for a baby shower – and
afterwards, the mom to be can cut it apart and use the circles to
embellish baby announcements or thank you cards.

Instructions (Print version)

1. Punch 10 circles from pink patterned paper and 10 circles from
green patterned paper. (these #s are for a banner that measures about
5 feet – adjust them up or down according to your needs!)
2. Using
the Push and Print Stamp Factory, stamp 5 pink circles with the
elephant stamp and 5 pink circles with the giraffe stamp.
3. For the
green circles, we’ll be working with multiple stamps for each image.
Arrange the hearts and “brand new” stamps on the Push and Print Stamp
Factory, and then stamp 5 green circles. Next, arrange the “it’s a”,
“girl”, and star stamp on the Push and Print Stamp Factory and stamp
the last 5 green circles.
4. Punch 40 scalloped circles from the striped patterned paper.
5. Punch 20 large pink circles and 20 green circles.
6. Layer
your punched shapes in the following patterns : large pink circle –
striped scalloped circle – stamped green circle & large green
circle – striped scalloped circle – stamped pink circle.
7. Stamp each set of circles with the 1/4in circle hand punch near the top.
8. Thread
the circles onto the twine. For each circle, bring the twine through
the hole you punched from the back, thread it through the first
buttonhole, then back down through the other buttonhole and out the
back of the hole punched in the circle. Continue until each circle has
been added to the twine. Tie a knot at each end of the twine.
