Another quick card from me, this time a card that could be used to suit many occasions. I made the card for a birthday, though it could be a 'get well', 'sympathy' or 'thinking of you' card. If you had some poinsettia's or other red & green flowers you could very well make something similar for Christmas.
To make the card, I attached a piece of striped paper to the card, then cut the detail from another to use as a kind-of 'ribbon' to separate the striped paper from the white of the card above. Some florist wire, a ribbon bow, and a variety of paper flowers make up the bouquet. I also cut some very thin strips of dark green cardstock to make leaves and foliage and applied some glitter glue to the edges of some of the flowers to represent dew.
A pretty card that was quick to make and well received by the recipient.
