The Fiskars Crop Day here in Adelaide this weekend just gone was heaps of fun. Despite the miserable weather outside, we were nice and snug in the garage during the crop. The day was filled with laughter, great company, yummy food and plenty of scrapbooking.
We created two layouts to start with. These got everyone on their toes with all the stitching, cutting, scoring, tracing and folding involved.. enough to send anyone crazy.. but as I told the ladies.. I need to keep challenging them! lol....lol....->
Next we moved on to making five cards...
Was nice to have a new face here ('waving madly' to Janet !) and great to see some faces back we haven't had here for a while ('wink' to Melissa !)
As usual we played around with lots of Fiskars goodness.. plus everyone was challenged using the tools in ways they perhaps had not thought of. Old papers were revamped and there was lots of fun had by all.
Once again thanks again ladies for an amazing day.. sorry that we finished so late .. but the day just seemed to get away from us. Enjoyed every one's company and was fun to share ideas.
Looking forward to the next Fiskars crop later this month at Mandy's.
Till then.. Happy scrapping !
TFL, Michelle x
WOW - you must have had an awesome weekend crop Michelle,
if your layouts and cards are anything to go by!!!
Especially love the last three cards :) These are a really
cool bonus to finish off your month of cards!!!
... any chance of sharing the secrets of the last card with us?
Is all the black on the circles stamping or
is there some stitching in there too?
