Spotlight Tuggerah Birthday Craft Session this Saturday

                                

Just a reminder that if you live in the Tuggerah area of New South Wales....Spotlight Tuggerah are celebrating their Birthday this weekend and Fiskars Demonstrator Lorraine Lee Tynerman shall be in-store demoing the fabulous Fiskars Craft Tools this Saturday October 2nd from 10 am -1pm.    

You shall be able to sit down and craft with Lorraine Lee ...use the Fiskars Tools....ask questions....and learn some tips and tricks along the way.....ooh what fun!

What a lovely way to spend a Saturday....maybe take a friend along and craft together!

Caitlin loves the Fiskars Power Gear Pruners

I thought I'd share a lovely email and pics that came through to me from Fiskateer # 4841 Melissa Kennedy today. Thanks Mel for sending this through to share......it's so nice to see that children can also get pleasure out of using these fabulous Power Gear Fiskars Pruners.......love these pics of Caitlin.

Hi,

I love my Fiskars tools - well all the scrapbooking ones, so very willing to try out the gardening ones too - next best hobby alongside of scrapbooking

These pruners are awesome. First of all I was unsure of the handle that swivels UNTIL Iused them. But not only are they light weight but easy enough that even my daughter can use (as you can see by my pics) and wanted to use and wouldn't let me use after that.

Also they don't squish the thin stems of my flowers but actually clean cut them.

Fantastic This totally gorgeous sunny Sunday has turned into a daisy delight for my little girl Caitlin

Dear Stacey

  It is with much sadness that I am writing this poem tribute to a very special lady who had a big impact on my life over the past 7 years........it's hard sometimes to find the right things to say when we lose a loved one......but I always REMEMBER what Stacey said......you should always feel free to Express Yourself........and be positive....and LIVE LIFE!!

SO I'm sharing with you all what comes from my heart as I am trying to deal with what has transpired this past few days.........my thoughts and prayers are with George,Chris and family....and also with Roby such a dear friend.......

Kids crafting at the Show

Hello to Gigi and Angus who joined me today in the LOOK and LEARN CRAFT HUB at the Royal Melbourne Show......it was lovely meeting both of you today....and good on you for HAVING-A-GO!

Hello also to Vanessa who was crafting at the same time as Gigi and Angus...the Fiskars Punches sure got a great workout with the kids today.........the squeeze punches are so easy for kids to work with.....

We are having a fabulous fun time in the CRAFT HUB ....we are back there tomorrow....so if you are coming in to the Show....make sure you swing by the ART and CRAFT PAVILION for some crafting fun......

off to Royal Melbourne Show again tomorrow and Saturday

Hi everyone,

If you are coming into the Royal Melbourne Show tomorrow or Saturday then make sure you pop into the ART and CRAFT PAVILION .

I'll be working in there again in the LOOK and LEARN and Make"n"take CRAFT HUB.......right in the middle of the building with Rod and Rosemary.....we'll be offering some fun Make"n"takes and you can also purchase some Scrapbook Kits.....Stamp Factory,Inks and some Cloud 9 Christmas Stamps.

We'd love to see some of our Blog followers.....so make sure you come and say "hi"

Here are some of the RAS Volunteeers...these ladies do an amazing job in the ART and CRAFT PAVILION.......they have an information booth up one end of the CRAFT HUB.....you can't miss them.

Holiday scrapbooking tools and supplies

Okay..

So...

I am in the middle of packing my scrap booking supplies for camping.

My husband has been rolling his eyes and making comments about having to take an extra trailer!

I just wanted to be able to do some created so have decided that cards would be the best option.

I found some cute little card packs to play around with that were crying out to be hand cut.

I am also trying to be good and limiting what I take.. mainly to keep hubby happy..lol..

Here's what I have managed to sort out I think I will need to get 24 cards made.

I want to be able to have the cards completed and not need to add anything to them when I get back. I plan to keep the cards since and perhaps not have set themes to them at all.. more the multi purpose card for the stash.

Would love to know what you would pack if you were going away for two weeks.

Will show you the cards when I come back that I get completed.

Looky where I was teaching today ~ Lyn

What a fabulous day today teaching at "Picture 2 Page" in Lilydale......the kids and I had a ball painting,punching,distressing and just having a fun time crafting!

Here's Kira with her finished project.....well done Kira.....you did an amazing job! Kira loves purple as you can see by her painted fingernails.....LOL! Thank you to Nana for allowing me to take Kira's pic and to post on here.

As you can see the Kids used heaps of Fiskars Punches including Seal of Approval,some Limited Edition Squeeze Punches,Circles,stars,Lever Punch-butterfly punch.......and we used some pretty Kaisercraft Papers.............ooh I was in my element playing with some Pinks and Purples for a change.........LOL!

I'll be back at Picture to Page in the next School Holidays so if you wish to book your child into a class then feel free to contact the store.     IT's a great store with plenty of Workshop space.....I love this store!   Kids ages today ranged from 8-11.......
