Keep it simple card - male OR female

Here's a quick and simple card that could be used for a MALE or FEMALE......maybe just for a FRIEND....could even do this for Mother's Day......just look in your stash....and use what you have.

I have used some cardstock I had left over from another project....trimmed it with my Fiskars Surecut Trimmer.....punched out the butterfly from the orange cardstock with my Stampin Up Punch....and then added it back to the front of the card.....

I added a little piece of 3 D Tape underneath both wings to make them stay up...inked around the edges....and hand drew the rest of the body parts...(sorry this pic isn't the best..looks washed out)

So I challenge you to get creative with products from your stash.....no need to go out and purchase all the time.....although I must say.....if you have GREAT QUALITY TOOLS like FISKARS and STAMPIN UP...you'll have them for a long time......so worth spending the money on QUALITY TOOLS!!!

So off you go......look for those scraps of cardstock....maybe pinks and purples,oranges and brown,red,white and pink.....ooh endless combinations.....but try keeping it SIMPLE!
