Do you use a Real Tree for your Christmas Tree or a fake one? Up until about 8 years ago we always used a real pine tree......it use to smell lovely in the house....each year we would go looking for one along the side of the road....we never had to go far to find a suitable one. The downsize was that it created a bit of mess.....dropping all the pine needles.
Now we use a plastic one....easy to put up
and
easy to take down and no mess!
I must admit I do like it once all the decos are on it!
Our tree is now up and decorated.....do you put up a Christmas Tree...if so...have you put it up yet?
xoxo
Lyn
What a lovely Christmas scene Lyn - your deer collection looks fabulous too!!!
We used to have a little pine tree in a pot that we would bring in and decorate every year but a few years ago it "cooked" in the summer heat, so "fake" is the way at our house now ... but it is still wrapped in the garage, along with the decorations, hope they go up soon :)

I have 2 trees! We always had a small one (about the size of yours) which we still have. After we did a major reno a few years ago we bought a huge tree that is about 10cm from the ceiling. I alternate the oolour of the decorations on the small tree every year, but the big one is always red and silver - to costly to change that one. We put them both up on Saturday 1st - as well as organising for the parties we had. Years ago we had real tree in a pot - but I managed to kill it after about 10 or so years.
