Last week Ngaire and Jill enjoyed sharing the Fiskars love at the Printblocks, Creative Block trade show.

So I have spent the past few days working with the divine Jill Geraghty Groves, teaching and assisting in each others classes at the Fiskars Classroom Number ONE at the Scrapbooking and Papercraft (Brisbane) Convention. I thought you might like to see a few photos I took over the weekend...

I also taught Ange's classes for her this weekend. This is her sweet girly banner project:
and Jill taught a most fabulous three canvas wall hanging.
The classes were all very successful, with lots of sell outs and very happy attendees:

Jill and I had a wonderful three days.. it is always so great to spend time with like -minded people... And it was very cool to see the BRIGHT orange FISKARS bags, bobbing about on scrapper's shoulders in the huge crowds !
One thing we didnt manage to get was a photo of Jill and I together! We were just TOO busy! :(

Hi everyone,
Well I have some exciting news to share with you all!
...... are proud to announce that we shall be Sponsoring a Classroom at this year's Scrapbook & Papercraft Expo & Convention being held in Brisbane from JUNE 6-8th.
But wait....there's more......we shall have three of our Aussie Fiskars Craft Ambassadors teaching these fabulous classes for you all......Ngaire Bartlam,Jill Geraghty Groves and Angela O'Neill.
What a line up of talented crafters hey.........each of these ladies teach classes around the Brisbane area as well as other areas of Queensland and having met them all last year in Brisbane I can honestly say what gorgeous ladies they are and that each one of them is a passionate crafter.

Australia's annual Scrapbook & Papercraft Convention & Expo,
brought to you by the organisers of the Craft & Quilt Fairs, Expertise Events and is
held once a year and only in Brisbane.
Where: Brisbane Exhibition Centre
Cnr Glenelg & Merivale Streets, South Bank
When: June 6 to 8 , 2009 ~ June long weekend
Times: 9am to 5pm daily
The ladies shall be showcasing some of the NEW FISKARS product in their projects......so keep an eye out in the coming months as the girls post about what they might be doing at this Show......
They certainly shall have heaps of FISKARS TOOLS to play with and they are in the designing stage of their projects........ooh How darn exciting........and after Trea and Pip get back from CHA ......we'll know more about the "Consumables " the girls will also be show casing!
So mark this one down in your diary.......a Show where many CHA releases get showcased.....and FISKARS shall also be part of that!

just wanted to share a few of the photos taken over the june scrapbook expo weekend.
I had a ball.. and got to catch up with two of MY favourite Fellow Fiska-ambassadors.. Ange and Jill.
( not THAT I MANAGED TO GET A PHOTO!! ...... sigh.:))
these were the two classes I taught:

the classes were popular and everybody LOVED the huge bags of product that Fiskars donated .. so generous!!.
this is me and Loretta Grayson.. my teaching/classroom buddy.. ( Me wearing the fashionable and VERY practical Fiskars apron...one in EVERY class kit..)
and this is Loretta and I with the beautiful Girls from Scrapbook Creations magazine :Lorraine on the left, and Donna on the Right.
WE just had the most fabulous time.. playing with the fabulous Heidi Grace papers, and I took along my favourite fiskars tool of all time.. the scalloped scissors.. Oh how I love them>:))
lots of the girls in my classes had a play with them and all agreed my love is not misguided! LOL
