I thought I would share my take on the blue, green and brown colour scheme.
I have used the Li'l Davis 'Away We Go' range (available soon) along with Li'l Davis letters, (foil edged), the Fiskars twist and flip corner rounder (available soon) and the Fiskars Rotary Trimmer.
I love the 'Away We Go' range as the non travel themed papers in this range are perfect for all kinds of layouts. The frog is from a older Cloud 9 Design Boy's range that I have cut out of patterned paper.

Li'l Davis have created a fantastic travel range called 'Away We Go'. Perfect for getting all those holiday and travel photos. This range also has some lovely papers perfect for masculine cards and layouts.

Twist & Flip 2-IN-1 Corner Punch
Fiskars new Twist& Flip combines the two most common corner rounders into one convenient tool. It is so easy-to-use – and it a must have to form part of your tools! To switch between the ½ inch and the ¼ inch sides: just lift the tab and twist a half turn. Fold down tab to original position and begin clipping.

Hello everyone in blog land. I've been a bit quiet here haven't I. Well I've been hanging out with Tim Holtz! Oh ok you got me.... not with the "man" himself but his blog. At the moment he is having is infamous "12 tags of Christmas."
Its so much fun and I'm learning heaps!
"Keep your mind open - you may learn a thing or two."
All tags were made with the tag template and the Ultra Shape express from Fiskars.
The snow tag was stamped with Cloud 9 - Christmas Is... - clear stamps - snowflakes and the Fiskars clear stamps - 'tis the season - snowman of course with Fiskars stamp press.
The Merry Christmas tag was made using the Christmas-2 Template (bell and bauble) and the "Merry Christmas" is from the Fiskars Clear stamps - 'tis the season.
OOOH must not forget the white and red ribbon is from Li'l Davis - Rockstar Ribbon Ruby.
These two tags are made with the following Fiskars tools....
Joy tag: the JOY letters are from Christmas Joy kit from Cloud 9 and decorated with kindy glitz. The stamped images - holly leaves (enhanced with pen), bells (enhanced with kindy glitz), Noel word and people are all done with Fiskars clear stamps - 'tis the season.
Snowman tag: Snow man was made by using the round tag from the Tag template and the Ultra shape express(USE) from fiskars. The USE was used freehand to cut out the hat, eyes, twig arms holly leaves, carrot nose. The Holly Berries are red raindots from Cloud 9 and the snow flakes are done with cloud9 - Christmas is... clear stamps. Ribbon is Lil Davis rockstar ribbon ruby. The chipboard letters were from Heidi Grace - Day Dream believer... I ripped the patterned part off the chipboard letters and inked them up.

New in Lincraft stores this month is a gorgeous and versatile new travel range by Lil Davis Designs called "Away We Go".
When I received my samples from the range I knew immediately that I wanted to make a mini album with them to show off photos from our trip overseas in 2002. Though at first glance the papers seem to be themed more towards a road trip, I had no trouble using them for my photos. The diecut plane paper was PERFECT for my cover...
I have used a kraft Cloud 9 'Boardbook in a Box' as my base album (which will no longer fit back into the box I might add LOL) and simply trimmed my papers and photos to fit. Rounding the corners of my papers and photos to match the book was easy using my Fiskars 'Round The Corner' punch.
The embellishing was easy; I used rub-ons, epoxy brads and chipboard words and layered chipboard alphas from the range, along with bits-and-pieces I collected during our trip and some other various London and France themed embellishments.
The chipboard word was just too thick to be placed in this position on the page, so I simply peeled the top coloured layer off (below right). 
A close-up of the epoxy brad, used here with a photo turn to hold the tickets in place (below left). A laminated swing tag from something I bought at Harrods, a pressed penny from Tower Bridge, and some misc metal-rimmed tags make a cute embellishment for the spine of my album (below right).
The chipboard word (below left) was the shape I wanted, but not the wording I wanted, so I cut a piece of cardstock to fit over it and used rub-ons to make my own title. I've used spotty rub-ons to contrast with the striped paper on this page (below right).
Some of the papers do not feature travel-themed designs and would be great for masculine cards and layouts. I'll definately be grabbing some more when I see it in-store !

Recently i purchased some Lil'l Davis Designs foam stamps from K-mart, the theme - "boy", 9 stamps in total for a very low price, (can't remember exactly) but well under $15. These are great to use with paint or ink, fantastic for scrapbook pages and still small enough for cards.
I have used the "my hero" one from the set for the kids to give to hubby for fathers day this year.
I simply scratched up some black shiny gloss card with sandpaper, inked and embossed in silver 6 "my hero" images and adhered Cloud 9 Design "Eyelet Rain Dots" in between.

I've just finished this gorgeous slider card for a new baby boy using loads of fabulous Fiskars products. I'm so pleased with it that I'll definately be making another for a baby girl !
On the front I've featured one of the new Cloud 9 Clear Epoxy Quote Stickers. I've also given the paper flower some colour and shine with some Li'l Davis Designs Glitter Glaze.
If you pull on either of the blue scalloped edge pieces, the inner card will slide out, forcing the opposite one out from the other side ~ like magic !
Using the 'August Inspiration' prompt from today, I've given the slider pieces some dimension by machine stiching around the edges of the white cardstock. I've also applied a cute little Mrs Grossman's stitched bunny sticker for detail and to continue the stitched theme.

Hello again,
Here is another of the layouts that I have done using the absolutely gorgeous Sorbet Villa range from Cloud 9. This layout is based on another of Trina's gorgeous sketches. Once again it is a girly layout but the colours are so pretty that they are so easy to use. The chipboard flowers have been covered with Lil Davis glitter glaze to add just a little bling to the layout.

A few weeks ago I had a project to complete and decided whilst I had everything out I would make a book mark for Leah out of some scraps from the Be Loved range. I added Li'l Davis glitter glaze over the top of the petals and leaves. The flower is cut out from the patterned paper.
How cute are the Be Loved rubons. One of my favourite things about this range is that it has a few different shades of matching papers with only a small pattern around the edge (as seen in the pic below). These are great to use as a background or to mat a photo.
I used a heart squeeze punch for the centre of the flower and the leaves, Dawn

Hi. I just finished this off today, its a LO about lollies and their part in my childhood. One of our BOM prompts from earlier in the month.
I went out and brought a variety of lollies and took some photos to create the LO. Couldn't believe it when I got the packet of candy sticks (which is their new 'PC' name, instead of smokes). The package is just about exactly the same! I must admit to being disappointed when I opened it up and they were all white. The little red 'lit' end is gone. Another PC thing I'm guessing.
I've used the gorgeous Heidi Grace 'Be Loved' range and some old Lil Davis chipboard letters.
I even used one of my own sketches. It hasn't been shown here yet, so here ya go....
