My good friend Carolyn has found a fabulous Scrapbook Store to craft at whilst she is staying in Western Australia.......and low and behold she has found some fabulous Fiskars Tools in this store......SCRAPBOOK SECRETS



......and guess where Carolyn is today......I spy her car parked out the front.....shhhh....I won't tell Jim.....LOL!

Creative Dreams open NEW STORE

I popped in to see CREATIVE DREAMS new store last week.....and YES.....they are still in BORONIA...only a few doors away from where they were before...................and YES....they still stock FISKARS CRAFT TOOLS.....woohoo.....so why not pop in and see Marion and Brian and check out the new store...

I purchased some of the most gorgeous owl ribbon......might be using it on a project for my grandaughter soon.

First thing I do when I get

a NEW Fiskars Border Punch is add it's design to my Punch Design Ring......

So I've had fun creating a FEW new designs to my Interchangeable BorderPunch Ring

This is a great way of remembering which punch designs I have.....I have also done this for my older Fiskars Border Punches and Embossing Border Punches!

It's also handy to have this with me when I'm OUT and ABOUT to show others the fun designs that are NOW available through your Local Craft Stores!

I'm in EAST GIPPSLAND this week and I've spotted some of these NEW Interchangeable Border Punches on the shelves.....in SPOTLIGHT BAIRNSDALE!

Retailers can order the entire range of the  Fiskars Interchangeable Border Punches from Wholesaler SSS ....

                                     

.....AND yes......I have been playing around with these fun punches...here's a Birthday Card I created for my son's partner.......I just love creating whilst in Paynesville...............hoping to craft more later today and all this week.

For this card I used the "Daisy Chain Starter Set " and " Groovy Rainbow " Interchangeable Border Punches and some product from the Bella Nostalgia Range.......

My night with Ingvild Bolme

What a fun night it was last night with INGVILD BOLME......a lovely lady who has made the trip from Norway to be in Australia for the PRIMA ROAD SHOW.

I caught Ingvild whilst she was eating and asked for a photoshoot......LOL!  Thanks Ingvild...you were a delight to meet and I thoroughly loved getting inky and messy......drove home with paint and ink all over my hands....LOL!

We arrived to find Heidi and the TEAM at SCRAPPY HOLLOW had prepared these gorgeous Goody Bags.....love the colour scheme.....a bit Fiskary.....LOL!

Check out the top of the Goody Bag....there is a little treat in there...and I haven't opened mine yet.....how good is that....he,he.

Heidi Jeffrey's had thought of everything.....here's what was on my table when I arrived...

A bottle of water,Goody Bag and gorgeous Workshop Kit from Prima which was filled with amazing products....I have heaps of flowers and bits and pieces leftover to use on more projects....

Heidi and her staff presented Ingvild with an embellished Boomerang using Prima products....

I thought that was a lovely thing to do and a great reminder for Ingvild of her visit to Australia....here are  just a few of the Scrappy Hollow Staff  Projects that were on display.....aren't they gorgeous............................

I need to print off a black and white pic and add to my LAYOUT.....so shall share when I've done that....I had a great night...I was in crafters heaven....getting messy and immersing myself in my project playing with yummy products!!

Card a Day -Day 2 Tara loves creating fun cards

Here's another one of Tara's gorgeous fun cards......she has used the Fiskars Leave it to Weaver Border Punch to create a film strip effect.....cute huh! She has also used some of the Bella/Fynmark PAPERS and embellishments from the Wedded Range/

What a fun and colourful card......don't you just love all the colouring....and great use of the Border Punch.....................these are available in Craft Stores....and Spotlight have them on their shelves!

Window Card for Christmas anyone?

Making these cute windows is such fun and so easy using the NEW Fiskars Everywhere Punch...which is available in Craft Stores...and SPOTLIGHT STORES also are ranging them

The Punch Tara used comes in the Starter Set......but if you would like to try this sort of Card with Circels.....then you could also purchase the Circle Cartridge.....once you have the Starter Set you can just build on it with other Cartridges.

Sharing the Passion - Part 2

We sure gave the FISKARS Punches a great workout on the weekend over at Ferngully Stamps. I had Lever Punches,Corner Lever Punches,Border Punches,Hand Punches,Squeeze Punches and of course the latest FISKARS PUNCH SYSTEM....the "Everywhere Punch" along with the extra Cartridges.

I also got to create my very first Copic Marker Card...

So now I'm learning how to use these Copic markers....thanks to Cassy for teaching such a fun workshop....I'll be now adding some fun Coloured Stamped Images to my Punched Cards......

Store Owners Kerry and Maurie were able to give each participant a FREE GOODY BAG on leaving thanks to the generosity of some of their suppliers.....

 

also included in each GOODY BAG  was  a SPECIAL FERNGULLY STAMP...just released for the weekend....

This stamp says it all doesn't it "Plant a seed of friendship and watch it grow "

I had such a fun weekend teaching  others how to use the fabulous FISKARS TOOLS and I also learnt a few techniques from others over the course of the weekend.....and I love that crafters share their knowledge so willingly with others!

One of the most pleasing things for me was introducing the FISKARS TOOLS to many participants for the first time.....once they played with them....they loved them!!

Sharing the love of CRAFTING in BORONIA

 

WOW....what a fun 3 days I have had over at my local Craft Store in BORONIA....FERNGULLY STAMPS!

These DEMO DAYZ weekends are such a blast.....and a great opportunity to meet like minded crafters.....I absolutely LOVE my FISKARS Punches....but I also love Leone Em's punches....we both share a Passion for creating fun projects by just using PUNCHES!!

I loved catching up with Leone again on the weekend....here she is signing one of the many VIDEOS that she donated for DOOR PRIZES...with Charlotte and Paige!!  Store owners Kerry and Maurie did such a fabulous job of organising the weekend once more.....people come from far and wide to join in with all the fun.......................

 
I sat in on one of Cassie's Copic Classes to learn all about these fabulous Markers....these are such fun to use.....and I really loved how Cassy taught her Workshop....so relaxed and fun...thanks Cassie!

In a space of about 15 minutes I learnt how to blend,how to pick the markers in the different coloured families.....and how to colour your own ribbon with the makers....and YES....I just HAD TO have some! LOL!

I actually started a Birthday Card using the COPIC MARKERS for my DIL Jess....need to finish it off today and then I'll share it with you all on here....

The Fiskars Tools were flying off the shelves and into Shoppers Baskets all weekend!

Alison was one of the many lucky winners....she won some Fiskars Goodness!! It was lovely meeting you both ladies.....great freinds who spent some time crafting together and having a fun time!!

Annette and Maddison sure had fun filling their shopping baskets with crafty goodies as they worked their way around the 5 Workshops!

The lovely JODIE was teaching some fun Stamping Techniques to create a gorgeous Card!

Leone also taught a fun Card but using her fabulous punches and her special techniques for creating Floral Punched Cards.....we all were given one of Leone's Floral Craft Book in our GOODY BAGS to take home.................thanks Leone!

It really was a fun weekend.....I had such a great time....not only teaching a fun Workshop....but also Learning from others about different crafting techniques....something I love doing!!

I have many more pics still to down load and share...so pop back in tomorrow when I'll share some more from this fabulous weekend.....including my first COPIC MARKER Card and the Special Limited Edition Stamp that we all got in our GOODY BAGS from Kerry and Maurie.....ALL PARTICIPANTS received one....such a generous couple are these two.....and such a pleasure to work for!!
